11mo suddenly not sleeping

My dd has always been a good sleeper. But suddenly she has started waking in the night refusing to go back to sleep. She's trying to crawl, not mastered it yet and rolling round in her cot. We've used cc in the past but now that she's older it doesn't seem to be working anymore. Is any one else going through this? Any advice?

I've found with both mine that when they reached certain milestones (sitting, crawling, walking, talking etc) sleep went out of the window for a week or two.
