Putting hands in nappy

Has anyone else had this problem?? DD (two and a half) puts her hand down the back of her nappy whenever she's done a poo. This happens quite a lot as she's on movicol at the moment! She then finds the nearest box of wipes or tissues, wipes her fingers and put the offeding wipe or tissue back in the box.
I thought it was odd the first time but she keeps doing it. I do change her as soon as I realise she's poo'd and to be fair, she always comes and tells me she's done one. I don't want to tell her off as I don't want this to become an issue but it's SO disgusting. Especially when you go to get a tissue to blow your nose and there's a surprise gift in there!

At least she isnt spreading it on the walls like my DS did!!
I think they all go through a phase and although its annoying (and sometimes disgusting lol) you just need to ride it out.

I explained to DS that it was not nice to take it out of his nappy and he stopped doing it after a couple of weeks!

Best advice is just be vigilant and have your nose on full time alert lol

Thank you. Shame there's no quick fix! Getting very tired of saying the same thing over and over again. Hey ho.... toddlers!
