Sounds pretty normal to me tbh! I would like my two to be calmer but 'calm' isn't a word one normally associates with young children in my experience! I've found these things come in waves, sometimes my children are nice and polite and good company and sometimes I could cheerfully kill them. I'm pretty sure the new baby will be making any problem behaviour worse though and you just need to bear in mind that your big boy has had his world turned upside down and needs a bit of tlc probably. Comparing your children to other people's is a sure way to go mad in my experience!
