Drawing pictures

Just wondering.. Son aged 4 loves drawing pictures..but gets very upsets if he thinks he hasn't coloured something in well enough...is that a normal thing for his age and he will hopefully just grow out of it?

think it's perfectly normal. my dcs have each had something they get very het up about which, to an adult, seems bizarre but to them is very important!

Wasn't really worried, but nice to know it is just a passing phase..hopefully!!
