Chewing and drooling, not teething

My DD(2.5) has never really stopped drooling, even though she has all her teeth.

It is also MUCH worse when she has a cold.

She also still chews on everything. Today she will not stop chewing everything in sight, if I didn't know she had all her teeth i would SWEAR she is teething.

Has anyone else got/has had an LO who chews everything like a little puppy!!

Going through bibs at an astonishing rate!!

TIA

My Ds age 2.5 is like this. His chin is always wet and he often puts things in his mouth. He also sucks his thumb which doesn't help. He has only just got all his teeth though.
We go through lots of bibs and soemtimes even t shirts during a day.
No idea what it is or why but MiL said that DH was the same as a child.

Hmm..so it might be genetic...I have to admit I do have a habit of chewing things myself But I don't need a bib, thankfully!
