Cranial Osteopath recommendations in Southampton (or surrounding areas)

Hi, I have been reading up on cranial osteopaths and I would like to take my 10 mth daughter to one in the hope that as a result, she will sleep better at night.

Does anyone have any recommendations for one? I live near Southampton and I would be willing to travel up to an hour.

Many thanks,

h

Not a local recommendation, but I have used one in London for my ds aged 6 (ADHD) and it was amazing .... he's demeanor changed within days .. I would highly recommend the use of one. He has 3 monthly 'maintenance' visits. You have to look at it as if your daughter is being 'medicated' ... it's not just a little massage (that's how our guy told us to approach it). Good luck

Hi,
I went to see a guy in Eastleigh Osteopathic clinic - Alex Lys. My DS had colic / reflux and it took longer than just one treatment, but it did work after a few sessions and he (my son, not Alex!) slept amazingly after treatment, so he was doing something right!
