DS turned 15 months and has just cut one tooth though he has had all the signs of teething since he was 6 months. In our family we have history of having late teeth but he is too late as my daughter had her first at 13 mnths.Should I take him to doctor?

My ds1 didn't have a tooth in his head until he was 22 months. Then they all came in, more or less, at once. The longer they take to come in-the less time you'll have to bother with cleaning them-that's how I looked at it!
