DD1 is 6yrs and while she has done this now and again, she has started doing more. Today was in the back of the car driving home, but couldnt say why.
She's being assessed for asd, and we have an appointment on the 1st June, but dont know if its an asd thing or not?
Anyone elses child do this? We have alot of difficulties here with dh in particular, but she says its not that. Help

just bumping for you as mine are much smaller so I have no experience.

Both mine have cried when they've been over-whelmed and whilst they don't know why they are crying, I can normally pinpoint the problem. Dunno if that's similar?

DD has just turned 6 she does this
Cries but says she does`nt know why

I put it down to being tired a tough day at school
she stops and seems fine

i normally can find a reason for it, but there is so much going on here its hard to know sometimes I feel bad that Im not doing enough to help her deal with things

I sometimes cry for no reason and I'm 33. It's usually when I'm tired / hormonal

My sister says my niece (who's 7) often cries for no reason. Usually when she's tired and school's getting on top off her. So there IS a reason IYKWIM but my niece can't articulate it because it's more general than about any one thing in particular.

thanks for all replies, Im guess im just worrying about her. She seems so tired and weepy at the moment. I will see if macmillian nurse can suggest some extra support for us for now
