11 month old waking in the night for feeds again

Hi everyone. Does anyone have any advice for me? My dd (11 months) has started waking in the night again and will only settle with a bottle. She's done this twice a night for the last few nights, and drains a 7oz bottle both times. She was previously on 3 meals and 3 bottles a day and was sleeping through more or less, hadn't needed feeding in the night for months. She was very poorly with d&v a couple of weeks ago and lost a lot of weight, is she just catching up? Will this pass or should I try to do something about it?

Hi,
We actually had a similar thing with DS (at about 14 mo though), think he was going through a growth spurt. He'd also been ill so was definitely catching up.

We reinstated a bottle mid-afternoon (just 3oz to start with), and that seemed to really help, and gradually reduced the night feed, adding to the new PM feed at the same time. Took about a week, and he started going through the night.

He's now starting to drop the afternoon feed again.

I know that sounds like going backwards, but it's worked for us.
