Have been told and read that this is something he should have grown out of by now. Cause for concern?

Apparently I was headbanging for ages when I was a child. One day my parents went and bought me a new mattress and it stopped straightaway. They are convinced it was because my previous mattress was uncomfortable.

After all these years of headbanging, I am a reasonably normal adult (if such thing ever exist) so don't worry too much

Does he do it to get to sleep?
Have you actually observed him doing it?

HeinzSight · 21/04/2009 20:41

he seems to generally do it at about 5 / 6 in the morning. I have observed him, it's quite disturbing to see tbh!!
