Could my 10 week old be teething?

My DD has terrible screaming sessions from around 5pm til sometimes 10.30-11pm ish. Know it's colic, my DS was awful with it too. She has Infacol and Coleif, and some nights better than others. When she falls properly asleep, about 11ish, she sleeps til 4.20 ish, then til 6.30 am, so she's fab like that and i am coping quite well now.

BUT...

The last 2 nights the crying has been worse and going on for longer, along with... furious biting on her fists. Really really biting hard on both fists, until her fist flies out of her mouth! I can HEAR it grinding and banging her little gums with her knuckles. Had to give her Calpol last night to calm her down, screaming and still doing it at nearly midnight. Plus she woke a lot more.

Could it REALLY be teething??? THIS early?

Help?

Yes
My ds has been dribbly from birth (I'm having to change his top three times a day at the moment because it just gets absolutely sopping wet) and had his first two teeth at 3 months.
