I used to get dd weighed once a week or once a fortnight but i haven't been the same with ds.

He is 12 weeks now, he hasn't been wieghed since March 12th when he had his injections I was going to get him done today but realised baby clinic is closed for the Easter holidays. So i can't get him weighed for another two weeks. Ooops.

I had DC3 weighed once!

He's now 2.9 and thriving, btw.

DS1 was weighed fortnightly for about 2 months, then monthly, then not at all for the last 18 months or so (he is 2.8).

DS2 was weighed 3 times by the HV as they were home visits, and I took him once to make sure he is gaining weight as he feeds so quickly and infrequently. That was 5 weeks ago (I think) and he is now 15 weeks. I won't be having him weighed again unless I have concerns. It causes so much worry and you can see for yourself whether a child is roughly normal for his or her age.

DC4 was weighed at birth then never again as he was clearly thriving.

I get dd weighed every four weeks. It's just out of curiosity for me.

DS was last weighed at 12 weeks, he is now um..10 months (?), not sure how many weeks! I was told that he must be weighed before each of his jabs bullshit, he had his jabs late too!

Isn't it funny how you are so much more relaxed with your second +! I remember with dd, i would panic if she had only put on half a pound or something

I had dd weighed twice - she was always big. The second time, was at dh's insistance when she was 6 mo. It was such a nightmare - she pooped through her cliethes and I dodn't ahve a nappy and they didn't have one big enough. She screamed and screamed about it. So not worth it.
