Attitude in 3yo

When told off I get NO screamed in my face.
When told off she says to me "Fine, whatever" then lets out a big sigh

She's just so annoying/stroppy/whingey lately but is this type of attitude the norm for a 3yo? Or is it bad behaviour?

oh my DD (4) does the whingey thing and has pretty much (not always) got past stroppy.

My DS (2.5) is just starting into the phase and adding crying until he realises it isn't working.

I think just stay calm and if you want to talk to them try to calm them down and explain that doing this will mean that they lose out on priviledges. It's started to work for my 2 year old.
