If its any consolation I´m in exactly the same boat with a 3 year old girl and 2 year old boy. I´m sure it´s normal behaviour, but exceptionally frustrating and hard to bear. I have taken to removing the aggressor (if I know who started it) and putting them on their own in a room and giving the victim all the attention. I find reasoning with them useless, but maybe persevere with the star charts, they will get it once they start getting rewards - make the target fairly easy to start with and once they understand a star equals a sweet then you can eventually move to 7 stars equals a small present or treat. Otherwise I´m just hoping it´s a phase that will eventually pass.... oh please let it be!

thanks for the messages it has reassured me that its normal,im involved with sure start and they advised the sticker charts some days it works others it doesnt we are trying for another baby aswell and im worried that it will just push the children further backwards and any progress we have made will go out the window,i will try with removing who started it, its normally the younger 1,smile
