Routine for 1 year old

Any suggestions including naps, milk and food?

DS seems to be changing from routine he has been in for last 4 months, so am just wondering where we might be going ....

We have been doing:

Wake 6.30 am
Milk 7 am
Breakfast 8 am
Play
Sleep 9.30 to 11ish
Lunch 12
Play
Bottle 2.30/3
Sleep 3 to 4 ish
Dinner 5
Play
Bath 6.30
Bottle
Sleep 7.30

You may find that he will be dropping the morning sleep soon (you have done well to keep it going this long!). If that happens he may move his afternoon sleep a little earlier, so it's not long after lunch with the milk after that.

My ds is 13 months and his routine is similar to the one you have. He is at nursery full time and doesn't usually nap until after lunch, but when he is at home he will have two naps 9am-10am and 2pm-3.30pm. He has milk at around 10.15, but no longer has afternoon milk. This has been replaced with a snack.

hi my 18mth old is
7am wake and milk
8am breakfast
plays/ goes out
11.00 snack
11.30 sleep for about 20mins
1pm lunch
play
3.30pm snack
5.45pm dinner
7.30 bath and bed with milk
