If you swaddle your baby to sleep at night, when they wake for a feed, do you unwrap them and then feed, burp, and then swaddle them again to go back to sleep? Or do the whole thing with them still wrapped up?

Seems a silly q i know!

If the swaddle's holding I leave it - less fiddling. If it's all floppy, I unwarap and start again.

I just tended to keep ds swaddled - so ds wouldn't wake up so much.

Thanks so much

One more thing, do their arms go by their sides or up across their chest?

i always did DD'd arms by her side - I also found that my DH was much better at swaddling than me for some reason...

Arms by their sides, they're less likely to get loose then.
