DS1 (3 1/2) pooed himself at preschool yesterday never ever does this!

When I asked him why he didn't use the toilet he said the holes are too big. They aren't they are lovely child size toilets meant for lo However he has rarely poos outside our home and NEVER without his own toilet seat. Any advise?

I went through this with my son when he was 4, he would do it at relatives houses or when he was engrossed in some activity. It went on for a few weeks then he just stopped it.

This proberly doesn't help but just thought I'd mention I have been there.

Also I should add he is 12 now!!
