My dd is 15 months and not yet standing up and I'm not sure if I should panic or not. My eldest was a very late walker too but I'm sure she was standing and cruising by now.

Is it that she is just not pulling up to standing but will stand quite happily if you put her in a standing position, or is it that she won't bear any weight on her legs? The former may just mean she hasn't worked out how to get to standing and may need a bit of help, the latter might mean something is wrong that you need to see GP about.

Different situation but my DS broke his leg at 9 months. He was just starting to pull to standing but suddenly stopped bearing weight on his leg after we fell on the stairs, although never appeared in pain. Took him to GP who thought there was nothing serious wrong but wanted him referred. Got referred to specialist who discovered the break in his leg. 2 months later he will stand if I prop him against sofa, but still hasn't pulled to standing as I think he is still a bit nervous. The specialist said it would just take time. Perhaps your DD has injured her leg without you knowing?
