Toilet Training Gone Backwards

DD1 did really well with toilet training last March, was dry very quickly & all very happy. Since January however, she wets her pants many times a day, she can't seem to tell me why & is embarrassed and upset poor love.
THere's been no upheaval or changes at home, just can't think what could have triggered it. I took her to the Doctors & a urine test turned out clear...it seems like she just has no control over her bladder anymore. Any ideas here, ladies?

How old is she? Is she at nursery? The only time mine have wet themselves well after being trained is when they have been too engrossed in what they were doing to notice that they needed to go.
