DS is 18 wks and still not trying to grab hold of toys when he's under his play gym or if we give him something. I seem to remember DD starting a lot earlier than this, im starting to think is it normal or not?

I think about 16 weeks is usually considered normal but every baby's different however if you are worried how about a talk with the HV?

Forgot to add he may just be a laid back baby!

DS is very lazy laid back (doesn't really try to roll etc, not very wriggly) and probably only began to grasp things at 21 weeks, and really go for it at 22 weeks. And he is clearly a genius

Thanks my DS is 5mths old and is quite laid back too. It's all swings and rounadabouts with them I think boys tend to be a bit more 'lazy' then girls too generally.
