I tried and tried to just be firm but calm, ignore the bad, praise the good, give quality time one on one, distraction but he was absolutely relentless today shouting, whining, pulling me around, pushing,back chat etc and finally resorted to a time out which resulted in him trashing the room and continuing where he left off within 5 minutes of coming out.
Just needed to vent, has been a long and horrid day!!
