What age is it safe to use a pillar?

was just wondering as my baby is 8 months and think she would sleep better but thought it was too young?

I think 12 months is the earliest recommended age for a pillow? I think that there may be a slightly increased risk of suffocation/SIDS with a pillow before then.

My dd1 never had a pillow til she went into a bed at almost 3 years tbh.

it's fine once it's cooked and cooled, you can then use 3 or 4 pillars per tier
