Does she eat her solids well?

My DD did the same thing at around the same age and I found that 2 things worked.

Firstly I cut down on the amount of solids she had slightly for her tea in the hope she would have more milk instead.

Secondly I brought her teatime forward by half an hour so she had it at 4.30 instead of 5 so that when she had her bottle before bedtime she had more of it iyswim.

Hope this works!!

my 8mth is the same

i stopped her 11am bottle a few weeks ago at 7mths as really wasnt interested

she normally drinks her 3.30pm which is 6oz

her 7.30am/wake up not very interested, so i normally give her weetabix or porridge and use the milk for that

she has tea 4.30 and then normally happy enough to have her 7pm bottle

as long as you make sure your dd has lots of milky things like white sauce, yogurts, rice pudding, cheese she will be having enough calcium/dairy

my 8 mth is doing the same - and i've decided not to worry about it too much and up his jogurts on the days he's being picky.

what worries me more is that he's had this wheezing in his chest that's not going - and when its at its worse that's when he's off his milk. does that ring any bells?
