Just drew all over my sofa in pen I put her to her room but she has trashed it beacause i gave her a row how am i supposed to deal with this i have try'd time out on stairs no tv and try'd taking her fav toy away nothin works the pen wa sout of her reach so how she gpt it il never know

she is also very bullyish to her wee bro who is 1 she kicks hits punches genrally nasty to him i cant cope she can be a wee angel one min and a monster the next

anybody with ay advice please

take a deep breath, relax, and remember that every parent goes through this - property destruction & sibbling rivalry.

You probably can't do much to 'cure' either but you need to find coping strategies until she grows out of it.

In terms of practical advice i get my oldest to see i am very displeased with any mess /damage and he helps me clear up the mess. If he refuses he just keeps going back on the step until he gives in. First time I tried this it took ages but he quickly learnt that by helping me clear up he would get back in my good books. And by helping out he can see the consequences of what he's done. It's pretty much stopped now. He's 3 1/2.
