Hi,

My 15 month old ds started pinching me today. it started after picking him up after having a tantrum and he's obviously frustrated, any tips on how to nip this is the bud?

this is probably the wrong answer... but pinch him back? not hard... just enough that it surprises him.

or, say no firmly, put him on the floor and leave him there every time he does it?

I really would have to say no to the idea of pinching him back. I think he is way too young to see it as what he did to you - he'll only see it as you being horrible to him for no reason.
I would put him on the floor (if you are holding him) and tell him 'no'. Then promptly ignore him if he keeps doing it.

Thanks, I'm hoping that he might forget about it tomorrow, my mum has him tomorrow, so that should be interesting!
