This is not a major problem I am sure, but had to take a trip to the docs this morning, nothing serious but I dreaded it even so. I seem to have absolutely no control over my DS, he won't tolerate reins unless we are walking some distance, won't do his pushchair as he fights and kicks. I just had to let him wander about the surgery whilst I tried to find books, anything to keep his attention. The looks I got ranged from sympathy to horror (don't care about that tho) Ofcourse the doc was running a bit late so this panicked me a bit. We made it and got out ok, but will we ever be able to go into a situation like that and perhaps I might feel that if I ask my DS to come to me he will! The other thing that seems to have started recently is shouting, everything he does is shouty and loud - I sometimes say to him that people are sleeping and sssshhh (a sort of game really) Is this toddler behaviour...will it pass? Yet another phase....
