I have lots of parenting books for up to 5 but am looking for books suitable to share with others that help with behaviour etc for children in primary school. I have a ds (8)and two dd (6 and 2) so am sure this will be helpful for us too. Any ideas, please?

I bought a few and have read them all and impliment bits out of each.

Systemic Parenting - Mark Gaskill

Nurture by Nature - Paul D Tieger & Barbara Barron-Tieger

1-2-3 Magic Effective Discilpine for children 2-12 - Thomas W Phelan

I think I got them all through Amazon!

'how to talk so kids will listen & listen so kids will talk'

'raising boys'

Oh I have read great reviews about those books also!!!

I think anything by Sears and Sears is worth reading.

And second both of iheartdusty's suggestions.

Thanks. I think it is raising boys that I have. Someone else has suggested a new book by Dr. Christopher Green of Toddler Taming.

Are Tanya Byron's books any good?
