Rocking in Playpen/Cot

DS is 12 months old, he goes in his playpen for short periods of time, but when he gets bored and wants to come out, he starts rocking from side to side whilst standing and holding onto the bars. He does it in his cot sometimes too.

He seems to be developmentally sound in most other ways, he points, claps, smiles and gives high fives, but this worried me TBH.

Anyone else had any experience of this? SHould I be concerned?

You say he does it when he is bored.

That's your answer I would think. He has become bored and wants something new to do. Not unusual at 12 months, they want to keep going all the time
