15 month old keeps waking in the night

My DD keeps on waking in the night. She has been a great sleeper up till now - 7pm to 8am without a peep.
In the last few weeks she often randomly cries out in the night and resettles herself after a few minutes. Sometimes she can't resettle and ends up screaming so I have to go and try and settle her. This ends up being a few hours of her screaming and standing up in her cot every time I put her down and leave. DH and I are really tired and would love our DD to enjoy a good nights sleep again(and we would like them too!).
She doesn't seem to be teething at the moment. She had her MMR a few weeks back which may be relevant. + she has just started walking properly.
Any tips gratefully received!

No tips unfortunately, but my 16 month is the same although she has never slept through and it really is killing me! So I will be watching your thread with interest!!

Ears?

There are lots of threads about children getting unsettled around this age (my DD did and grew out of it). Seems to be when they start dreaming (among other things).
