Swollen lymph glands

Hi, my little girl woke up this morning with very swollen lymph glands both sides of her neck.
I know it happens but to me they look very large. The size of a walnut perhaps.
She's not complaining, I asked her if she had a sore throat and she said: Yes a bit. (she's 4 and a half). She's also got a cold.
I tried to phone the surgery but they seem to be closed (weather maybe).
Any suggestions or tips?

My lymph glands always swell before I get a coldsore. Or could it be mumps?

The thing is she has had the MMR vaccine. Can she still catch it?
The other thing, they say that with Mumps you get a high temperature but she doesn't seem to have a temperature.
On the other hand she does have a cold.
I'll definately contact a doctor tomorrow (if there's one available).
