She can't pronounce her s words. Is that normal at this age?

I think so, yes.
My DD is 2.3 and she prounces some words in quite weird and wonderful ways.
She's not too hot on TH sounds and is just getting the hang of Fs.
You really don't need to worry quite yet.

This not something to worry about at this age. It is quite normal for some speech sounds to develop a bit later than others.

Don't worry about "th" until 7 years!!

my dd1 had same problem. Sounded them with a 'd'. She's 8 now and has been talking prefectly for a good few years. Some sounds take longer in some children. If really concerned get referred to a speach therpist by your health visitor. You'll be surprised at how many children do go, but I think it's far to early to bo worried

Ds2 at 3 used to talk about playing with his "swends" It was very cute! I remember reading Dr Seuss' ABC with him and when we came to the page with the "fiffer-feffer-feff" he looked at me with such sad eyes and said "I can't!"
