Just bought DS1 the Charlie and Lola audio CD to play in the car and he LOVES it! Can anyone recommend any other suitable audio CDs I could buy? TIA

DD loves listening to Roald Dahl, you can get 24 CD's from The book people, we also keep an eye out for free CD's in the papers.

Winnie the Pooh is also a huge hit.

There is a really lovely set of the Little Bear series available. Read by Martin Jarvis. My DS is just 3 and loves it!

The Gruffalo, Snail & A Whale, Smartest Giant in Town, Room on the Broom, Monkey Puzzle

Also the audio from DVD's can work well sometimes - Thomas The Tank Engine, Fireman Sam I find work well as just audio track.

I think we had The Puffin Book of Five Minute Stories when DS was 3.
