Stork marks - when do they fade?

I have done a search but previous threads seem to be about actual birthmarks and I am not sure these are. My DD is 8 weeks old. I am not too stressed about this, just curious - one under her nose, one above her eye, one on her scalp and one on the back of her neck!

I'd be interested to know this too! DD has quite a large v shaped stork bite on her forehead. She's 22 months old now, and although it's faded a lot, it's still fairly obviously there, if that makes sense. I asked my GP about it when we had the 6 week check, and GP just laughed it off and said 'oh, don't worry it won't show up in her graduation photos'! Right, thanks for that.

ds had one on the back of his neck and i honestly can't tell you what age exactly it diappeared

it gradually faded over time and it definitely wasn't there by about 18 months.

My wee boy had pretty heavy stork marks on his forehead, under nose and behind head. He is now 25 months and I can see them but no one else notices them. If he gets tired or ill or cold they are more obvious but I (no longer) worry about them.

Hope this helps!

HV told me my son's would be gone by 18m ish.

Thank you. It's just that the one under the poor child's nose is like a Hitler 'tache! It's not an issue for now but if it's there when she starts school...

DS had one between his eyebrows and it is all but gone now at 17 months. I can just about see it when he gets a temperature.

I have found with my 4 children they disappeared between 1.5 and 2.5 However DS2 had one that looked just like a cigarette burn by his eye (it wasn't one I hasten to add !!) and that has only completely disappeared in the last year.He is nearly 11

My son had a hitler moustache, too! I thought it looked rather cute. He is now nearly 5 and I can't see it any more - however, until recently it would still show up a little bit if he got particularly cross and the blood rushed to his head! He had a little mark on his bottom to match the one under his nose and that definitely hasn't gone - in fact, it is a tiny bit bigger, now, so I guess although it looked exactly the same as the one under his lip, it's turning into a more permanent kind of mark.
