I have started sleep walking again.

Not a huge problem in itself but several times now i have taked ds2 from his bed and i have also attacked dp.

In the hospital i ripped out ds1's sats monitor luckily it was just on his finger, i hate to think what would have happened if i had pulled one of his i.v lines or something.

This is all in my sleep but as soon as i wake up i know i have done it iyswim?!

Its causing problems.

Last night i took ds2 from his bed convinced he was a puppy that was under threat and kept moving him round the house every few minutes tucked under my arm for protection. dp had to escort me back to bed and put ds2 back in his bed, luckily ds2 stayed asleep.

Is there anything i can do about this, anything a gp could help wih?

I know this is a stupid thread and i haven't namechanged as i don't want you all to cry troll!

Not stupid at all! You poor thing - it must be quite scary. Yes, perhaps talk to a sympathetic GP, or there's bound to be someone who knows a good support group/website for sleep-walking

It sounds like you might need to be referred to a sleep specialist-your GP should be able to refer you .

It is scary and embarassing.

I just hope to god i don't go outside one night, we live in an upstairs flat with very steep stairs outside the front door.
