my daughter who is only 9 months has recently started walking when holding on to a push a long toy, however she always puts her left leg forward and drags her right leg behind, rarely bending it. Should i get her checked out

My son did the same thing and it was also on the foot that had been turned in at birth - now he is walking solo its fine. Every child is different.

If you are worried you can always speak to your HV. Its what they are there for

My dd2 did/does this a lot. She was diagnosed with a minor case of flatfoot that they expect her to grow out of in time, but are monitering her just incase.

If you are worried take her to see the gp who will refer you.
