4 year old grinds his teeth in his sleep

Anyone else's DC do this? It's a horrid noise and I worry that it might not be good for him.

oh dear i am 41 and I still do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my DS1 also 4 sometimes grinds his teeth when he is awake!!! the noise is just horrible isn't it.

I used to grind mine in my sleep when i was little so i guess its my fault
