DS who is 3.5 has developed a twitch - whereby he quickly tilts one side of his head down towards his shoulder and slightly raises his shoulder towards head at the same time. I've noticed it develop over the past week. He is a v happy, carefree and outgoing boy so not sure its down to stress. Should I go to the Drs or am I worrying unnecessarily?
