Is this safe? Car seat question

My DD is 2year is in a stage two car seat. Going for lunch tomorrow and getting picked up by pal whose has same car seat. The harness straps on mine are on second (middle) level and my pals is in top fitting. Can my DD go in her car seat safely?

I think the straps should be either leel with her shoulders or above. So aslong as they are not too far above it should be fine. Make sure you tighten them up though

I would say so as long as you make sure the straps are really tightened.

straps should be no more than level with shoulders, idealy below so they 'rise' up over from back of shoulders, not just 'drop' over them in a straight line from above them. does that make sense?

I thougth in a forward facing seat they were supposed to be level or above? Off to check!

Top of straps should be no lower/higher than an inch below/above the child's shoulders. Car seat Safety film, at 5:30 HTH

what car seat is it

on my maxi cosi and britax renaissance i could change easily while the seat was strapped in
