My son says he has a "hurt spot" in his mouth on his gum, he has had his fingers in his mouth a lot, his gum is turning that white that only a teething child gets, he has the diarrhea and he just went to the dentist two weeks ago and he has no cavities. I really think he is teething but he already has 20 teeth. It sounds so much like teething, I just thought I would ask if its possible. I took him to the doctor about the diarrhea and they couldn't find a thing wrong with him.
