Offer him a cuddle?
He must be wearing himself out now...

stick him in his room and ignore.

Is he somewhere you can leave him, shut the door/gate/whatever and take you and your dd out of earshot as much as poss?

Leave him for as long as you can bear/until dd is settled.
then go into him on your own and cuddle/kiss/talk quietly until he reaches the sobbing/hiccuping stage.

think of something that would bring him out of it that isn't too much of a treat/reward for tantrum. maybe an activity?

good luck!

Put him in his room and hope he nods off and calms down. Hope it passes soon.

Tried cuddles, just pushes me away. He must be exhausted, surely he will crash out sooner or later?

Try just sitti g in the room, don't touch him or speak to him, let him come to you. Then give him lots of cuddles

Thank you, he has finaly worn himself out so much he has crashed on the sofa and is asleep. Got to now transfer him to buggy to get to school. Fingers crossed he wakes up in a better mood. They have stamina these 2 year olds don't they!!!
