Anyone else with a 4 yr old driving them mad?

He never does what I ask him, argues back with me and throws contant tantrums, throw in dd who is 3 and I feel like I am fighting a loosing battle. Any tips or shared experiences?

my 4yo daughter just tests me EVERYDAY! 5AM til about 9pm is a nightmare...i have a 2 1/2 yo son and whenever she sees me paying him attention she destroys things to get attention and tantrums are neverending.....in public is the worst...she calls me by my name and its like she is posessed!!!!!
