My 4 month old had a pefect sleep routine until last week. He has a cold and has not been feeding well in the day but wakes every few hours in the night for his milk. he used to sleep 7 to 7 no worries but last night (for example) i was up ever 2 hours feeding him.
what do I do? has anyone else had this problem?
when he is well again will he get his good routine back.
He has only half a bottle at each of his night feeds so he cant be THAT hungry....

its probbaly the cold disturbing him not breathing properly etc due to his cold have you propped head of cot or moses basket pop pillow under mattress helps open aitrwaves

i find sitting in a steamed bathroom before bed helped alot and keep window slightly open to ventilate but wrap up warm

try a bit of calpol before bed also my son even now doesnt sleep well if has been ill takes good week or two for routine to fall back into place but poor things cant tell you so its all guess work

just feed for now as my son often wants a biscuit or bread and butter in the night maybe they need more to get strenth up to fight off cold

hope something works but it doesnt stay that way it will get better poor mite not nice for them
