Sleepwalking ???

Hi there, I have a 2 year old DD who seems to have just started sleepwalking.....she gets up at least three times a night, doesn't make a sound, but just gets out of bed and come and stands in our bedroom doorway until we pick her up and put her back to bed. She goes straight back to sleep, but then wakes up again an hour of so later. Does anyone think it's sleepwalking or anything else ??...And what can I do about it ???

My ds who's 12 sleepwalked to the toilet the other night. he scared me to death to begin with as he was crashing around the bedroom in his sleep trying to find the door and I thought i had a prowler! He sat on the toilet and had a wee but i had to kneel beside him because his head kept lolloping very close to the basin! He then wandered off across the bathroom with his pj bottoms round his ankles! Nightmare........ and he repeated it again about half an hour later!

What i have been told is to not wake them up and to try and get them settled back into bed as soon as possible!
