Today while eating dinner, DS1 (who has obviously been watching me pass bits of my food down to the baby) carefully cut off the end of his bread roll (his favourite bit) and without saying anything passed it down to me and put it in front of me.
I just smiled and said thank you to him and he looked so pleased with himself and said 'your welcome'
He is just turned 3

Later on he did wee all over my bed when I tickled him and he laughed too much so that evened out the good/bad balance

I have been ill this week, and every time I have coughed (alot!) DD has looked concerned and rubbed my back. She is 21 months. I has made me feel alot better!

At playgroup this morning a baby was in a bouncy chair crying so ds4, just turned 2, took the baby a spongy ball placed it on him and said 'play' then ran off to carry on what he was doing

My 6 yr old daughter sang the usual bedtime songs (that me or my husband sing) to her sister and herself last night when I was doing bedtime by myself and my 4 month old baby was crying so I had to see to him. She did it without being asked. Made me very proud.

Considering she usually does her best kevin the teenager impression, it was lovely.
