how much milk? help!

I'm planning a few hours off tonight and am asking my mum to feed dd expressed milk. How much should she have (quantity?) She is 7 weeks old. She's a guzzler but as I am breastfeeding I have no idea how much she drinks!

Million dollar question as no one really knows how much they are taking and it is different for each baby and each day/each feed. You could use the formula as a guide but ime they don't usually take that much. Someone once said express 5 minutes from each boob then repeat (ie 20 minutes total). If you do that and end up with around 3/4 oz I think that will do it. Could you do 2x 4oz, that should cover it - could always freeze one. Sorry there is just no straight answer...
