Help with Babymoov Lovenest Pillow to help flat-head

My 11wk old has a very strange shaped head. There's no excuse for it because he was born by elective c-section and does not lean to one side.

He has a Babymoov Lovenest Pillow but in the morning he has moved south and the pillow has moved north so it's not doing much good. Can anyone tell me how I can keep him and the pillow together.

Also, any other tips? I don't think I want to go down the GoiGoi pillow route because I am unconvinced that it is safe.

what does you Health Visitor sayabout his head shape? I tried one of Lovenest pillows, DS2 never stayed on it, he had quite a flat left side, but doc said it was OK, so he just grew and it evened out as his head grew, he's now 22 months.
