Spots on DD aged 10 - help!

Any tips please? My very gorgeous DD has started breaking out every 28 days. No other signs of puberty bless her (is like a stick) but spots are quite bad and lots of other 'delightful' children are teasing and commenting. Would appreciate any good tips (espcially on non-chemical creams or lotions as she is so young) or anything at all actually please.

Not sure why she'd need non chemical stuff, but maybe tea tree oil?

Ds has, since he was 12, used Neutrogena deep cleansing lotion which is good at stopping spots developing.

Hi irises - thanks, have been to Boots and seen their 'skincare specialist' and bought the withchazel and teatree range. Early days but seems OK and she is using it habitually belss her.

Clean and clear range is great - I have been using their wipes for years - makes skin feel fresh and clean and helps with the spots.

I did change to Liz Earle a while back and got some corkers and now have changed back to clean and clear and they have all gone.
