rude and disrespectful children

hi i am not sure if this is the right place to postbut here goes. i have some nieghbours whose children are very rude and disrespectful to both my self and two children, they go around breaking and throwing my childrens toys call us names like gaylords and fatty we try to ignore it but it still keeps happening if we tell them to stop it then it makes it worse the parents wont take them in hand and it doesnt seem to make any difference they are not even teenagers yet and i dont know what to do.any advice would be appreciated

Avoid and ignore them. Don't give them access to your childrens toys. Not much else you can do if their parents won't intervene. Sorry thats not much help

thankyou i have tried the above but will carry on doing so i do believe its for attention so just gonna ignore it, parents know whats going on but they think its children being children. manners dont cost anything do they?
