I'm hoping this is the right place for this post!
I want to introduce dd to quinoa - she is 7 and a half months. In the books that I have there is no suggestion of a lowest age for this (organic baby purees and annabel karmel) but having had a quick google I have read 8 months...
Any advice please?

It's in all the Plum baby foods. I guess pureed in the 4 months plus so I don't see why you couldn't.

I gave Quinoa from six months as my DS had had it in the plum foods from five months.
Now DS loves it and has it as porridge once or twice a week as well as with curry or sauce, salad . It's great, a good alternative protein if you cant use dairy or you 're veggie
