my 4 month old hates going out any tips??

my 4 month old baby hates to go out anywhere as soon as i put her in the car seat she starts to cry

same as mine (mine is coming up 5 months old) and every single time i put her coat on, she start crying then i put her in the car seat and she cry louder, till i rock the car seat and then she calm down..

yeah even in the pushchair have tried everything from the slings, pushchair everything
